By accessing or using Aidio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

Aidio is a music streaming platform that allows users to discover music while supporting artists and charities. Revenue from each stream is split between the artist (70%) and their chosen charity (30%).

User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities under your account
• Providing accurate information
• Updating your information as needed

Artist Terms

If you register as an artist, you agree that:

• You own or have rights to the music you upload
• Your music does not infringe on third-party rights
• Revenue will be split 70% to you, 30% to your chosen charity
• Payments will be processed monthly via PayPal
• You will provide accurate charity information

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Upload music you do not have rights to
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform
• Harass or harm other users
• Upload malicious content or code

Payments and Refunds

Payments for music are final. Refunds may only be provided in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. All payments are processed through PayPal and subject to their terms.

Intellectual Property

Artists retain ownership of their music. By uploading content, you grant Aidio a license to stream and distribute your music through our platform.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
